Manuscript Sprints was a wonderful experience. I was lucky for hearing about the Sprints from my mentor, who had previously joined the sessions and had benefited vastly.

It's nice to get in the same room with your mentee/mentor and discuss things that may be felt to be "assumed" about the mentee-mentor relationship. That made this exercise useful for me. I'd think probably useful to review it once a year.
