Forum Call for Posters

Abstract submission form due 5 PM CT  Monday, January 4, 2027

The EFS Translational Science & Research Forum features nationally recognized Vanderbilt researchers presenting their translational science, as well as a special guest speaker. A poster session will provide students and investigators in health research at Vanderbilt (VU and VUMC) and Meharry Medical College the opportunity to present their work and gain valuable feedback from colleagues and other forum attendees.

Why Present:

• Share your research
• Receive feedback
• Meet investigators from across Vanderbilt and Meharry
• Build presentation experience

Eligibility:

• Any Vanderbilt or Meharry student, postdoc, faculty, or staff
• Must be registered for the Forum
• Must be available to present the poster in person on Friday, January 29, 2027. Exact times will be communicated once the schedule is set

Submission Guidelines:

• The abstract submission form must be completed no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2027
• Accepted poster presenters will be notified by Friday, January 15, 2027.
• You may submit multiple abstracts, but may be asked to only present one if space is tight.

Poster Printing:

• Multiple poster sizes will be accepted. Max height and width are 48″x48.”
• Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters.
